LISA R. YANAK, LUTCF
A native of Cleveland, Ohio residing in Parma, Ohio, Lisa opened Insurance Strategy, Inc./Infinity Trust (ISI) with her father Clayton W. Rooy, in 1981 and the business was incorporated in 1983. She has been a licensed agent since 1989 and is President of Insurance Strategy, Inc. (ISI). In 1995 she was Certified in Business Insurance and in 1999 received the Certificate for Life Underwriting Trained Council Fellowship (LUTCF). Lisa is a member of NEOHUA, OAHU, NAHU & the National Association of Professional Women. She participates in required continuing education classes. Lisa is married with 2 children.

LESLIE C. JAMES
A native of Cleveland, Ohio residing in Strongsville, OH, Leslie is the lead Sales Agent at Insurance Strategy, Inc./Infinity Trust (ISI). Leslie has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is the Vice President of Insurance Strategy (ISI). She is a licensed agent in the State of Ohio for health and life insurance. Leslie is AHIP certified for medicare sales; a member of NEOHUA, OAHU and NAHU; and is ACA Marketplace licensed and certified. She has an AA in Business Management with an emphasis on Marketing. She participates in required continuing education classes. Leslie is married with 2 boys and active in school activities.

CLAYTON W. ROOY, LUTCF (1943-2009)
The principal and founder of Insurance Strategy, Inc, which was opened in July of 1983. Clayton brought more than 40 years of experience in the group health and executive benefit arenas. He established the Infinity Trust in 1992, with a group senior medical insurance plan that is marketed nationally.
Clayton was a member of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association and past president. He was honored by the group in October of 2008, when he received their first ever, Distinguished Service Award for Exceptional Leadership and Commitment to Excellence. Clayton also served on the group’s legislative council for more than 25 years. While Legislative Chair of the Ohio Association of Health Underwriters, the activities of the committee were recognized as the best by the National Association of Health Underwriters. He also served as Business Insurance Instructor for the Life Underwriting Training Council for 17 years.
Clayton’s experience and knowledge established a firm foundation for our company. He always put the customer first by providing excellent customer service and making sure the benefits offered to the client fit all their insurance needs both on a personal and professional level. |
