Medicare Supplement

Infinity Trust can help you offer your company retirees additional coverage to offset what Medicare does not pay. This coverage is underwritten by The Hartford. We have several plans available so the group purchases the exact plan that fits their needs. We offer both Senior Medical Insurance Plans (SMIP) and Group Retiree Insurance Plans (GRIP) for those individuals retired and over the age of 65. These plans can be offered as Mandatory (company contributing 50% or greater) and Voluntary Plans (company contribution less than 50%). Creditable Prescription Coverage can be added as an additional benefit to all of our Mandatory Plans.

The main item our clients appreciate are no doctor networks. If the doctors accept Medicare payments, our plan will coincide with Medicare. Plan descriptions are available.

We have been offering this coverage for over 18 years and have had excellent feedback from all of our clients. We are looking to continued growth in these upcoming years with 5 new plan options available for quoting.

Our vision coverage is available for all size groups. We offer 10 plans insured by Vision Service Plan. They are available to groups with 2 or more employees. They can be offered as 100% employer paid, contributory or voluntary. We offer both VSP Signature Series and Choice Series options within our plans. VSP has one of the most extensive provider networks available in this market.

Vision insurance is one of the most asked for ancillary products next to dental insurance. It is extremely important that individuals take care of their eyes. As an employer, you can offer this vital benefit to all of your employees.

We have been offering this coverage through our company for over 14 years. We have seen significant growth. Our plans offer separate copays for exam and material.  We also offer several options for the amount of coverage you wish to offer your employees. All of our plans cover an annual exam. Depending on the plan chosen, your employees can receive lenses or frames ever year or every two years.
